General

All orders accepted by The Enterprising Woman Ltd are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions.

All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended
to give a general idea of the products, specifications may vary slightly.

Pricing

Orders can be sent via our Website using PayPal.

All items are subject to availability, we will notify you if any item is out of stock and will contact you if necessary to replace or remove the item(s) from your order or notify you when the item(s) will be back in stock and available for dispatch.

Payment

Payment can be made via Paypal service on our website. Alternatively, you can contact us requesting
other payment methods. With regards to cheque payments, goods will only be
despatched once the cheque has cleared.

We reserve the right to charge bank charges on cheques which are represented.

We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.

Delivery

Orders will usually be dispatched within 3 working days of receipt, however please allow up to 7 working
days for delivery. If you require express delivery please request via email and
we will endeavour to ensure this takes place at an additional cost.

Please provide an alternative delivery address if you are unable to accept
deliveries during working hours.

For deliveries outside of the UK Mainland please contact us with your order request and we will calculate
the postage costs depending on the weight of the parcel.

Any claims for non-delivery, shortages or breakages must be made in writing
within two days of delivery.

NO CLAIMS WILL BE ENTERTAINED AFTER THIS PERIOD.

RETURNS / REFUNDS / CANCELLATION / COMPLAINTS

Should you be dissatisfied with your product(s), in the first instance please contact us and let us know the nature of the problem and we will endeavour to reach a satisfactory solution within 5 working days. We are happy to replace or refund goods depending on the nature of the problem and will do this within 10 working days.

Claims for faulty goods will only be settled after the faulty goods have been
returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated, we will do this within 10
working days of receipt of goods.

Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, etc. will not be replaced
or credited. Similarly any goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.

Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make every
effort to stop your order leaving the premises and will refund any payments
made.

Reservation of Title

The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery from the carrier, but the TITLE in the goods
remain vested in us and shall only pass from us to the buyer upon full payment
made by the buyer, of all sums due on whatsoever account or grounds to us.
